Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune has notified the Early Round of the MIT-WPU CET 2027 for admissions to the Academic Year 2027-28. This post covers the MIT-WPU CET Law UG cluster, which leads to the university's undergraduate law programmes. The same notice also covers other UG and PG clusters, which are not part of this post.
If a candidate applies for more than one programme within the same cluster, only one examination needs to be taken and its score is considered for all the programmes applied for. Candidates are offered a programme based on seat availability, merit rank and preference. Candidates must check each programme's eligibility criteria before applying.
The MIT-WPU CET carries 150 marks: an online proctored Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks and an online Personal Interaction (PI) of 50 marks. The test is fully online and can be taken from home on a laptop or mobile, with a stable internet connection of at least 1 Mbps and an uninterrupted power supply.
A valid score in CLAT or MH CET Law 2027 will also be considered for the selection process. Such candidates must additionally appear for the Personal Interaction (PI) conducted by MIT-WPU as per the prescribed schedule.
The university's Application Process page states an application form fee of Rs 2,000, paid while filling the application form on the admissions portal.
The last date of application for the Early Round Law UG cluster is 4 December 2026.
