Notre Dame Law Review and Notre Dame Law Review Reflection: Call for Submissions, Volume 102 [Bluebook; No Fee; Rolling]

The Notre Dame Law Review and the Notre Dame Law Review Reflection are accepting submissions for Volume 102. The Law Review is the flagship student-edited journal of the University of Notre Dame Law School; Reflection is its online companion.

The Law Review generally publishes submissions from law professors, but may consider submissions from practitioners, clerks and others at its discretion.

It typically will not publish the work of a student who does not attend the Notre Dame Law School. No nationality or institutional restriction is stated, so academics and practitioners writing from outside the United States may submit.

• The Law Review prefers full-length articles of 20,000 to 30,000 words, footnotes included
• Citations must appear in footnotes and follow the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation
• A curriculum vitae must accompany the manuscript

The Law Review staff reviews submitted manuscripts throughout the submissions process. Authors are encouraged to use Scholastica's "expedite" function to alert the Law Review when they have received a formal offer from another journal, so that submissions can be reviewed in time for the author to be considered before accepting or rejecting that offer.

If the Law Review extends an offer of publication, the window in which the offer remains open may vary. The author must accept or reject within the given window, and the Law Review may grant extensions at its discretion.
