Officer (Legal) at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), Mumbai (Govt PSU, E1 Grade)

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is a Government of India undertaking and a leading profit-making Navratna company in the business of manufacturing and marketing fertilizers and industrial chemicals, with revenues from operations of around Rs 18,690.90 crore. Its manufacturing units are in Maharashtra at Thal (Dist. Raigad) and Trombay (Chembur, Mumbai), supported by a national-level marketing network.

RCF invites online applications for the post of Officer (Legal) in the E1 Grade under a Special Recruitment Drive for backlog vacancies (Advertisement No. 18032026). One post is on offer for Trombay/Thal/Area Offices Pan India. This backlog vacancy is reserved for the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category.

• Regular/full-time graduate with a degree in Law, or a Law graduate who has passed a 5-year integrated Law course, from a recognised University of India.
• Minimum 60% marks in the final year/aggregate of the last two semesters of the qualifying LLB degree.
• Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in a PSU/Government service/autonomous body/MNC/private organisation, working with law firms, or practising at the Bar (Advocate). Training/internship/apprenticeship periods are not counted.
• Upper age limit 37 years as on 01.03.2026 (OBC-NCL).

Selected candidates will be placed in the E1 Grade pay scale of Rs 40,000 - 1,40,000. The minimum total monthly gross salary works out to approximately Rs 86,960, comprising Basic pay, VDA (53.4%), perks (34%) and HRA (30% for Class A cities or applicable rates for other cities), as per company rules.

Selection for all E1 Grade and above posts is through a Personal Interview. Eligible candidates will be called for interview and must qualify with an average of 50% marks. Documents will be verified before the interview, and outstation candidates are reimbursed to-and-fro III tier AC train/bus fare as per company rules.
