The Centre for Corporate and Commercial Laws at National Law University, Tripura (established by Tripura Act No. 3 of 2022) is conducting a One Credit Certificate Course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
The course runs from 4 to 6 September 2026 and is being held in offline mode only.

Registration Fee
Rs 500 only for NLU Tripura (NLUT) students. Rs 1,000 only for non-NLUT students. The fee is stated on the official flyer and is payable per participant.
