Online Certificate Course on IP & Fashion Law by CIIPC, NLU Delhi (5 Modules, 15 Hours, 1 Credit, Fee Rs 7,500 - Rs 12,000)

The Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC), National Law University Delhi, has launched an online Certificate Course on IP & Fashion Law, on law at the intersection of creativity, IP, commerce and counterfeiting.

The course runs as 5 modules over 15 hours and carries 1 credit. Classes start in November 2026.

• Module 1: Introduction to the fashion business and its key legal issues
• Module 2: Fashion brand strategy and monetization law
• Module 3: Protecting the fashion article and trends against counterfeiting
• Module 4: Fashion industry and growing digital technology
• Module 5: Fashion enforcement, disputes, and crisis management
