About the Course

National Law University, Tripura, in collaboration with Su-niti Legal, is running an online one credit course on MSME Law & Compliance: Practice, Risk Management and Litigation. The course provides an in-depth exploration of MSME law, compliance and dispute resolution, and is designed to bridge the gap between statutory provisions and practical execution.

It covers Udyam registration, regulatory frameworks, risk management and litigation before Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSEFCs). Participants gain actionable insight into handling delayed payment references, navigating the interplay between the MSMED Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and enforcing arbitral awards, so that they can safeguard business cash flows and advise on MSME mandates.

The course runs from 23 August 2026 to 12 September 2026 and is delivered entirely online through weekend live sessions, each followed by a question and answer segment.

On the last date: the official brochure and the NLU Tripura website do not state any last date to register. The brochure only notes that limited seats are available, so registration should be treated as open on a rolling basis until seats are filled or the course begins on 23 August 2026. Prospective participants are advised to register early and to confirm availability with the coordinators listed below.
