[Paid] Executive (Law) at NEEPCO, Shillong (Rs 1.45L/month, 6 Yrs PQE)

North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) is a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, working under the Ministry of Power. Operating since 1976, it is the only CPSU with Hydro, Gas-Based and Renewable power stations in operation, and runs the largest hydro power plant in the North Eastern Region of India.

NEEPCO invites applications for the post of Executive (Law) (Post Code FTB/4/HR/183) on a Fixed Term Basis under Advertisement No. NEEPCO-02/2026. There is 1 (one) unreserved vacancy. The engagement is initially for 3 (three) years and extendable by a further 2 (two) years on a yearly basis based on performance and requirement.

• Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised Indian University/Institute.
• Plus 6 years' practice in a Court of Law as an Advocate or in Judicial Service or in a CPSU / representing a PSU in the Court of Law, OR 9 years' experience in the next below grade in a CPSU / GOI / State Government.
• Maximum age 34 years as on 01-01-2026 (with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD, and as per Govt. guidelines for Ex-Servicemen).

Consolidated minimum monthly compensation of Rs 1,45,000. In addition, HRA or company accommodation and medical facility for self, spouse, 2 children and dependent parents are provided.

Shillong, or any of NEEPCO's offices/project sites, anywhere in India.
