[Paid] Legal Intern (IPR) at Vasista Enterprise Solutions, Hyderabad (Rs 20K/month)

Vasista Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a Legal Intern (IPR) position based in Hyderabad. This is a three-month, paid, on-site internship that gives you hands-on exposure to intellectual property rights, technology law, legal research and IP portfolio management inside a working product company. If you are a fresh LL.B. graduate looking to build practical IP experience rather than only courtroom or litigation work, this role lets you see how IP and tech law play out day to day in a software business.

Vasista Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based software product development company founded in 2013, focused on helping Indian enterprises adopt business best practices through cost-effective technology. Its flagship products are Vbiz, a cloud-based ERP framework, and Milkosoft, a cloud-based Dairy Resource Planning solution built for the Indian dairy industry. As a genuine product company with its own IP portfolio, it offers an interns a real-world setting in which to apply intellectual property and technology law.

As a Legal Intern (IPR) you will support the company's intellectual property and technology-law initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting basic legal research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and technology laws.
• Assisting with IP documentation and portfolio management.
• Supporting trademark, copyright and other IP-related activities.
• Coordinating with external legal counsel and stakeholders.

You are a good fit if you meet the following:

• You are an LL.B. graduate from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• You have coursework, certification, an internship, moot court participation, a research paper or project work in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Patent Law, Copyright Law or Trademark Law. Exposure to Technology Law is an added advantage.
• You have good research, drafting and communication skills.

The internship carries a stipend of Rs 20,000 per month. There is no fee to apply.

The internship runs for 3 months and is on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
