Paid Legal Internship at Chambers of Advocate Garvit Gupta, Gurugram (Litigation)

If you want hands-on litigation experience, the Chambers of Advocate Garvit Gupta is inviting applications for a paid, two-month internship beginning 10 July 2026. You will work out of the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram, on real estate disputes, civil matters, and arbitration work. This is a practice-side internship, so expect time in court alongside drafting and research, not just desk work.

The Chambers of Advocate Garvit Gupta is a litigation practice based in Gurugram, Haryana, led by an advocate with over eight years of experience. The chamber deals primarily in real estate matters (RERA) in and around Gurugram, representing allottees, builders, and associations, and also handles civil litigation and arbitration disputes before the District & Sessions Court and allied forums. Interns are involved directly in the chamber's day-to-day case work, giving you a close view of how litigation is run from brief to appearance.

As an intern you will be expected to:

• Assist in court appearances
• Undertake legal drafting work
• Conduct research across various areas of law
• Assist in preparing case briefs and litigation strategies
• Support ongoing matters involving allottees, builders, and associations

The work spans real estate (RERA), civil, and arbitration matters, so you will see a broad mix of disputes during your two months.

Preference is given to final-year law students and fresh law graduates. Good communication skills are required. The internship suits anyone keen on building a career in litigation, especially in real estate, civil, and arbitration practice.

The internship is paid, with a stipend at industry standards. It runs for 2 months, commencing 10 July 2026, and is based in person at the District & Sessions Court, Gurugram.
