The firm has worked with several Indian Railway zones, including Western Railway, Central Railway, South Central Railway, North Central Railway, Northern Railway, and South Western Railway, as well as RVNL and Siemens. It has won a proto-development order from the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) for an AI based railway product and has signed MOUs with a global technology company for co-development work. As a Legal Intern, you will support the company across its day to day corporate legal needs. Your work will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and commercial agreements
• Assisting with the preparation of shareholder agreements
• Conducting research on corporate law, intellectual property rights, and regulatory matters
• Maintaining legal records, contract repositories, and compliance documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across departments

This internship is aimed at law students and recent graduates who are:

• Pursuing or have recently completed an LLB, ideally in the 4th or 5th year of a five year programme, or an LLM
• Strong in legal research, drafting, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on site in Noida and coordinating across teams

The internship runs for a minimum of three months and is based on site at the company office in Sector 14, Noida. It is a paid internship with a stipend. On successful completion, you receive an internship completion certificate.
