Paid Legal Internship at GSV Legal, New Delhi (Corporate Litigation, 3 Months)

GSV Legal, a boutique corporate and commercial law firm in New Delhi, is inviting senior law students to join its team as assessment legal interns. This is an in-office, full assessment internship focused on corporate litigation, where you work alongside the firm on live matters rather than on the sidelines. If you want hands on exposure to research, drafting, and litigation strategy in the corporate and commercial space, this is a genuinely substantive placement.

The firm is run by advocate Gursat Singh Vachher and advises companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, banks, and government entities. As an intern here you can expect to be treated as part of the working team and to be assessed on real output over the course of your stint.

GSV Legal is a boutique law firm headquartered in New Delhi that specialises in corporate and commercial legal matters. This is an assessment internship in corporate litigation. You will be actively involved in research, drafting, and litigation strategy, contributing to real matters across the firms corporate and commercial practice.

The work spans corporate disputes, insolvency matters, mergers and acquisitions, RERA cases, and MSME related matters. You should expect to be assessed on the quality and consistency of your output over the internship, so this suits students who want to be stretched and want their work to count.

There are 2 positions available. The internship is in-office at the firms South Extension office in New Delhi.

• Current 4th year or 5th year law students.
• Demonstrable interest or experience in corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

The internship runs for a minimum of 3 months and is based in-office at the firms New Delhi address. A stipend is offered (the specific amount is discussed by the firm at the application stage). Because this is an in-office placement, you should be able to be present at the South Extension office for the full duration.
