Paid Legal Internship at NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, New Delhi (September 2026; Stipend Rs 5,000)

NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from law students for internship positions at its New Delhi office for the month of September 2026. The firm describes the internship as a hands-on learning experience in a working legal environment, with exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings and client interactions under the supervision of experienced professionals.

The last date to apply is 20 August 2026, and the firm has said that no applications will be entertained after that date.

NC Legal is a New Delhi based law firm providing legal services to clients across a range of sectors, including asset reconstruction companies, pharmaceuticals, breweries, aviation, financial institutions, steel, commercial, infrastructure and construction companies, not-for-profit organisations, long-term corporate borrowers and investors, start-ups, multinational corporations, insolvency professionals, individuals and associations.

Its practice covers regulatory and advisory work, transactional support, legal compliance audits, and dispute resolution through litigation, mediation, conciliation and arbitration. The office is at B-22, Ground Floor, Jungpura Extension, New Delhi 110014.

• Conducting legal research
• Assisting with legal drafting
• Supporting court proceedings and related legal work
• Assisting with client interactions
• Working on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law matters

• Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated LL.B. programme; or
• Currently pursuing the 2nd year or the final year of a three-year LL.B. programme

Knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is preferred, and applicants are expected to have basic familiarity with legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.

• Duration: 4 weeks, extendable based on performance

• Work mode: In-office at the firm's New Delhi premises
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

The stipend is Rs 5,000, extendable based on performance. NC Legal has specified that the stipend is payable only upon successful completion of the internship.
