It has raised $11 million in total funding from investors, including Accel and Together Fund, and is looking for a Legal Intern to support its corporate legal, transactional and regulatory compliance functions.

About the internship

Who can apply

  • Students currently in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year integrated law programme.
  • Candidates must have completed at least two internships in corporate law, preferably at law firms.
  • Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and to work comfortably in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate legal support: assist with corporate, transactional and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Contract drafting and review: draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and corporate documentation.
  • Legal research: research corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and prepare concise legal memoranda.
  • Compliance management: assist in maintaining statutory records, supporting filings and managing internal legal processes.
  • Documentation and record keeping: keep legal documents and corporate records accurate, organised and up to date.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand legal requirements and support business operations.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism: handle sensitive information and legal documentation with discretion.
  • Continuous learning: stay updated on developments in corporate law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and technology-related legal matters.

Stipend, duration and location

The internship is paid, but the stipend amount has not been specified in the notification. The duration is two months. It can be done in-office or remote: the in-office option is in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and remote work is also available.
