This is a paid, in-office opportunity for pre-final and final-year law students who want hands-on exposure to corporate legal work, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and the contract lifecycle. You will work directly alongside the legal team and carry a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month.

upGrad School of Technology is an educational institution focused on building the next generation of tech entrepreneurs and leaders. You will support the legal team's day-to-day work on corporate legal functions, with a particular emphasis on commercial contracts. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with commercial contracts and service provider agreements
• Supporting contract drafting, review and negotiation processes
• Conducting legal research
• Collaborating with stakeholders on legal matters

Expect practical exposure to the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through to negotiation support.

This internship is open to pre-final and final-year law students. The team is looking for candidates who bring:

• Prior exposure to commercial contracts and service provider agreements
• Contract drafting and review skills
• A solid understanding of contract law principles
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

There is no application fee. This is a paid internship.
