[Paid] Litigation Internship at Garg & Associates, New Delhi (2 Interns; Rs. 3,000/month)

Garg & Associates, a litigation-focused law firm in New Delhi, is inviting applications for 2 internship positions for the months of July, August and September 2026. This is a physical (in-office) internship based at Greater Kailash Part II, New Delhi, and carries a stipend of Rs. 3,000 per month.

If you are a senior law student looking for genuine, hands-on exposure to courtroom practice and day-to-day litigation, this internship gives you a front-row seat to active matters before the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT and Delhi's District Courts.

Garg & Associates is a litigation-focused law firm based in New Delhi. The firm primarily handles matters before the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various District Courts in Delhi.

The office is structured to give interns practical exposure to active litigation work and the day-to-day functioning of the courts, making it well suited for students who want real, hands-on experience in legal practice.

As a selected intern, you will work alongside the office on a range of litigation-related tasks, including:

• Attending court and observing court proceedings
• Assisting counsels in ongoing matters
• Maintaining and organising case files
• Judgment summarisation and legal research
• File summarisation and document management
• General litigation assistance and office work

The internship is designed to give you practical exposure to litigation practice and court procedure in Delhi.

You are eligible to apply if you are a law student in your 3rd year or above. The firm is looking for candidates who:

• Have good drafting and formatting skills, with particular proficiency in MS Word
• Have their own working device, such as a laptop or tablet

This is a physical internship at the firm's office in Greater Kailash Part II, New Delhi.

Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM, Monday to Saturday.

The internship is initially for a minimum period of one month. Depending on the firm's requirements, your work performance and mutual convenience, it may be extended further. Any extension remains at the discretion and needs of the firm.

A stipend of Rs. 3,000 per month is provided.
