Its capital markets team advises clients on equity and debt market transactions, including initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements, rights issues, private placements, and the development of REITs and InvITs. As Partner - Capital Markets, you will lead capital markets transactions, advise clients on securities law and regulatory matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising issuers, promoters, merchant bankers, underwriters, and intermediaries on capital markets transactions.
• Leading Mainboard IPOs, SME IPOs, rights issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), debt issuances, and other securities offerings.
• Drafting and reviewing offer documents, transaction documents, due diligence reports, and regulatory filings.
• Advising on SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, listing obligations, corporate governance, and disclosure requirements.
• Managing client relationships, business development initiatives, and practice growth.
• Mentoring and leading transaction teams on complex and high-value mandates.

This role is suited to senior legal professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Significant experience in capital markets and securities law.
• Strong transaction management and client-handling capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in equity and debt capital markets transactions.
• Ability to independently lead mandates and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.

An established market presence and business development credentials will be preferred.
