Project Director, WILL Initiative at NLSIU, Bengaluru (Full-time)

The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, invites applications for the position of Project Director for its Women's Inclusion and Leadership in Law (WILL) Initiative. This is a senior, full-time role based at the NLSIU campus, engaged on a contractual basis initially for a period of two years and further extendable for the project duration, subject to performance. There is one vacancy.

The Project Director will lead the day-to-day operations of the WILL Initiative, oversee its research studies, manage intervention teams, coordinate with regulatory bodies and civil society actors, and provide regular progress updates to the faculty leadership. The role calls for strong project management and team leadership across a multi-state programme.

• A Bachelor's degree in law.
• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• A demonstrated track record in project management and team leadership.

• A Master's degree in law or the social sciences.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-state projects.
• Prior litigation or law firm practice background.
