Overview

The RGNUL Law Review (RLR) is inviting research papers for Volume XVI, Issue II. RLR is a biannual refereed journal (ISSN 2231-4938) published by Eastern Book Company (EBC). If you have original legal research to share, this is a well-regarded, peer-reviewed platform to get it before a serious academic audience.

About the journal

The RGNUL Law Review is the flagship law journal of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, one of India's National Law Universities. It is a biannual, refereed publication brought out in association with Eastern Book Company (EBC), and it welcomes contributions on diverse legal issues from across the academic community.

Who can contribute

  • Academicians and research scholars are invited to contribute.
  • Graduate and post-graduate students may submit, but only with co-authorship from a faculty member.
  • Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted.

Submission guidelines

  • The scheme and style of publication follows the Bluebook Citation, 21st Edition.
  • Each contributor must submit an undertaking that the work is original research.
  • You must submit a plagiarism report undertaking that your contribution does not exceed 10% plagiarism.
  • Manuscripts should be free from jargon and written as clearly and concisely as possible.
  • Papers and articles that do not adhere to the prescribed scheme and style will not be considered.

What it costs

The official call for papers does not mention any submission or publication fee. Please confirm any charges directly with the editorial team before submitting.

How to submit

Submissions must be emailed to rlr@rgnul.ac.in. All correspondence regarding your submission should also go to the same email ID. The final deadline to submit is 15 December 2026.

Submission checklist

  • Manuscript formatted per Bluebook 21st Edition
  • Signed undertaking of original research work
  • Plagiarism report undertaking (under 10%)
  • Faculty co-author included if you are a student
  • No more than two co-authors in total
  • Email submission sent to rlr@rgnul.ac.in by 15 December 2026
