Overview

Pendekanti Law College, Hyderabad invites original, unpublished submissions for Volume III of its open-access, peer-reviewed RITHA e-Journal (ISSN 3049-4060). The current volume is built around the theme 'Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity: Constitutional, Regulatory and Interdisciplinary Legal Perspectives'. There is no submission or publication fee, and the journal follows a double-blind peer review process.

About the organiser

Pendekanti Law College is a functioning law institution in Hyderabad, Telangana. Its RITHA e-Journal is an annual, open-access online publication launched in November 2024, accepting scholarship across all branches of law.

Theme and sub-themes

The volume invites work on the broad theme of AI, data privacy and cybersecurity, including but not limited to:

  • Algorithmic decision-making and transparency

Who can submit

Submissions are welcome from law students, academicians, researchers, advocates and people working in the legal profession. A maximum of two co-authors is permitted per submission.

Submission guidelines

  • Articles: 6,000-8,000 words (including footnotes)
  • Notes / Comments / Short articles: under 5,000 words
  • Abstract: up to 300 words with 5 keywords
  • Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx); Times New Roman, size 12 for text and size 10 for footnotes; 1.5 line spacing; 1-inch margins
  • Citations: The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, 21st edition (footnotes only)
  • Anonymity: the manuscript must carry no identifying information; submit a separate cover page with author name, affiliation, contact details and a short bio for the double-blind review

Publication and fee

There is no fee for submission or publication. Accepted papers are published in the open-access RITHA e-Journal (ISSN 3049-4060).
