The Salgaocar Law Review E Journal is a blind peer reviewed annual law journal published by V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa, from 2015 onwards under ISSN 2395-7263. It carries Original Research Articles, Essays, Case Comments, Legislative Comments and Book Reviews. The stated purpose of the publication is to encourage quality legal research and intellectual perceptions, and to sustain deliberation across a broad spectrum of contemporary legal issues.
The present call is for Volume XII, 2026. Every submission passes through blind peer review, and acceptance is subject to the report of the peer review team.
V. M. Salgaocar College of Law is run by the Devi Sharvani Education Society and is located at Miramar, Panjim, Goa 403 002. Alongside the Salgaocar Law Review E Journal, the college runs the Lex Infinitum international dispute resolution competition and the G. D. Kamat Moot Court Competition, and maintains a legal aid society and a doctoral programme.
The theme is open, but contributions must be of contemporary legal significance. No sub-themes are prescribed, so authors are free to choose any branch of law provided the paper speaks to a current legal question.
The call is addressed to academicians, lawyers and research students. Co-authorship is allowed, with a maximum of two authors per paper.

Email an abstract of 300 words with keywords along with the full paper to salgaocarlawreview@vmslaw.edu.in on or before the date specified in the timeline below. The covering letter must be sent with the manuscript.
