Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0 is the 4th edition of the annual Inter-University Moot Court Competition organised by the Faculty of Law, Parul University, Vadodara. The competition creates a platform to impart clinical legal skills to future legal professionals through arguments on matters of constitutional significance.
The competition will be held from 25 to 27 September 2026 at the Parul University campus in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Eligibility and Team Composition
The competition is open to undergraduate law students. Each team must consist of 3 members, and a maximum of one team per university is permitted.
Registration and Fee
The registration fee is Rs 3,000 (without accommodation) or Rs 6,000 (with accommodation). Both fees are non-refundable. To register, email the duly filled registration form along with proof of payment to moot.pil@paruluniversity.ac.in; registration is confirmed on receipt of an acceptance email.
Important Dates
Registration opened on 15 June 2026 and closes on 25 August 2026. Soft-copy memorials are due by 15 September 2026. Preliminary rounds are held on 25 September 2026, with the finals and prize distribution on 27 September 2026.
