Senior Analyst, Contract Management at Nexdigm, Pune (1-3 years experience)

Nexdigm is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Contract Management Services function, based in Pune on a hybrid work mode. This is a permanent, full-time position with one opening. • Draft, review and negotiate contracts of low-to-medium complexity.
• Maintain a quality score above 98% on internal reviews.
• Identify and flag legal and commercial risks, deviations and non-standard clauses.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely client communication within agreed timelines.
• Support team deliverables during high-volume periods.

• LL.B, BBA LL.B, BA LL.B or LL.M degree.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Competencies in operational execution, compliance, quality assurance and client management.
