Senior Associate and Associate (Corporate and Litigation) at SRB-OJAS, Pune (CTC Rs 4 to 9 LPA, 5 Posts)

SRB-OJAS is a niche-service law firm in Pune with a multidisciplinary team working in corporate and criminal law, and experience in criminal and commercial litigation. The firm is inviting applications for five full-time positions across its Corporate and Litigation teams: two Senior Associates and three Associates.

• Experience: 4+ years PQE.
• Role: assisting the Partners in the management of work, client handling and team management; drafting at all levels; handling client and external communications; supervision and review of the work of associates. Candidates should bring strong legal acumen and the ability to handle mandates independently.
• Areas of work: General Corporate, Contract Lifecycle Management, Real Estate, Policy, Infrastructure Projects, Administrative Law.
• CTC: Rs 6 to 9 lakh per annum.

• Experience: 2+ years PQE.
• Role: legal research; drafting, vetting and review of documents; due diligence and transactional support; corporate compliance and regulatory filings.
• Areas of work: General Corporate, Contract Lifecycle Management, Real Estate, Policy, Infrastructure Projects, Administrative Law.
• CTC: Rs 4 to 6 lakh per annum.

• Experience: 2+ years PQE.
• Role: drafting and filing of pleadings, case research and court calendar management before courts, quasi-judicial bodies and administrative offices in the Pune region.
• Language: proficiency in English and Marathi is required.
• Areas of work: Real Estate, Municipal Law, Civil Litigation, Litigation Management.
• CTC: Rs 4 to 6 lakh per annum.

Remuneration is determined by capability: placement within each salary range reflects the selected candidate's experience and demonstrated skill. All positions are full-time and based at the firm's Pune office.
