• Appear and argue in civil, consumer and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle criminal cases, including bail applications and shaping defence strategy.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Provide corporate advisory and regulatory compliance guidance.
• Work across family law, intellectual property and environmental mandates.

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, advisory or drafting.
• Enrolment with the relevant State Bar Council.
• Strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Professional communication abilities.
