DMD Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate for its Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. The firm is looking for legal professionals with substantial hands-on experience in corporate and M&A matters who are ready to take on transaction work at a senior level. The role is based in Delhi, and applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team, you will work on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and related advisory matters. The position is intended for experienced lawyers who can handle deal work with a degree of independence while mentoring more junior members of the team. • Law graduates with 5 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
