Senior Associate at UnitedLex, Gurugram (3-5 years)

UnitedLex is hiring a Senior Associate for its commercial contracting team based in Gurugram, Haryana. If you have a few years of hands-on contracts experience and enjoy drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements, this is a chance to do that work inside a tech-enabled global legal services environment. It works with corporate legal departments and law firms worldwide, combining legal expertise with data analytics and AI-driven tooling. This role sits in its Gurugram office.

As a Senior Associate, you will support end-to-end contract negotiation and management. Your work will include:

• Providing legal support to sales teams throughout the contracting process
• Negotiating with customers and suppliers
• Supporting RFPs and handling NDAs
• Drafting, reviewing and amending a variety of agreements
• Maintaining the contract repository, including execution via DocuSign
• Tracking and managing contract renewals

You should have:

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements in a reputable law firm or international corporate setting
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in law, business or a related field
• Successful passage of the relevant national legal profession qualification examination
