DSK Legal is hiring a Senior Associate / Principal Associate for its Capital Markets practice in Mumbai. The role (Job Code 00041) is open to lawyers with at least four years of post-qualification experience who want to work on marquee public offerings and securities-law mandates.

As part of the Capital Markets team, you can expect to:

• Work on IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments
• Conduct legal and secretarial due diligence on public offerings
• Draft offer document chapters and transaction documentation
• Advise on SEBI compliance and regulatory matters for listed companies
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously

• A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Capital Markets at leading law firms
• A Company Secretary (CS) qualification is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
