Lenskart is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Legal for its in-house legal team. If you are a qualified lawyer with two to five years of experience in commercial contracting, business advisory and corporate compliance, this is a chance to do hands-on legal work inside one of India's fastest-growing consumer-technology companies. The role is based in Gurugram (Delhi/NCR), and compensation is offered as per industry standards, commensurate with experience.

You will join Lenskart's legal team as a Senior Executive - Legal or Assistant Manager - Legal (the title is mapped to your experience level). The work centres on commercial contracts, business advisory support, governance-related matters and supporting key business initiatives across the organisation.

Day to day, you will work closely with internal stakeholders on contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, compliance issues and new business opportunities.

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advisory support and counsel to business teams.
• Assist in corporate governance and compliance-related matters.
• Support strategic partnerships, transactions and new business initiatives.
• Evaluate legal risks for new business opportunities and emerging regulatory issues.

• An LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year programme) from a recognised university.
• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and legal advisory.
• Exposure to corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer technology, start-ups or similar fast-paced environments is preferred. Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage.

Location: Gurugram (Delhi/NCR).
