- Drive legal review and documentation for new product launches and business initiatives.

Regulatory advice and policies
- Monitor and assess changes in applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines and industry developments, and drive implementation of necessary changes across the organization.
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters, including RBI regulations and applicable guidelines.
- Develop, standardize and update legal templates, processes and policies.
