The Gujarat State Judicial Academy (GSJA) is the judicial training institution of the State of Gujarat, located behind the Gujarat High Court complex at Sola, Ahmedabad. It conducts induction and in-service training for judicial officers and academic programmes for the Bar. The Academy's Patron-in-Chief is Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Sunita Agarwal, Chief Justice of the High Court of Gujarat, and its President is Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bhargav D. Karia, Judge, High Court of Gujarat.
This Study Circle is organised by the High Court of Gujarat in collaboration with GSJA, under the guidance of the Patron-in-Chief, the President and the Hon'ble Members of the Board of Governors of the Academy: Hon'ble Ms. Justice Sangeeta K. Vishen, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ilesh J. Vora, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nikhil S. Kariel and Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. D. Suthar.
The Study Circle (Symposium / Workshop Series) for Advocates Practising in the High Court of Gujarat is a series of academic modules for 2026 aimed at strengthening professional competence among younger members of the Bar. The first phase consists of three workshop modules held on Saturdays, each led by Senior Advocates and subject experts drawn from the High Court Bar.
Each module is a standalone three-hour workshop with its own registration window, its own fee and its own set of 50 seats. An advocate may register for any module whose registration window is open.
Registration is online only. No spot or physical registration will be available. The registration link is hosted on the websites of both the High Court of Gujarat and the Gujarat State Judicial Academy during each module's registration window.
