Transnational Dispute Management (TDM, ISSN 1875-4120) is a peer-review online journal on international arbitration, with a special focus on investment arbitration. It has published since 2004 and is published by MARIS, alongside the OGEMID discussion network and the OGEL Energy Law Journal.
In a general call dated 16 December 2025, TDM invites proposals for its regular issues. This is a standing call, separate from TDM's themed special issues.
Articles on investment arbitration and international arbitration, and on other significant topics in international dispute resolution and international investment law, are always welcome. General areas of interest (not limited to):
Both practical commentary on recent developments and in-depth scholarly articles are welcome.
The call invites experts in the field of international dispute management. It places no restriction by country, so Indian scholars and practitioners may submit.
TDM is also interested in good quality student papers. A (Ph.D) student submitting a paper or thesis should include the name and email of their supervisor, whether the paper is endorsed for publication, and the mark received for it (if any).
Accepted articles go through TDM's online Advance Publication process, so the work is published as soon as it completes peer review and editing.
TDM also welcomes proposals for Special Issues on particular topics relevant to its readership, sent to the same address. More information on how specials are prepared is available from TDM on request.
The official call and submission guidelines do not state any submission or publication fee.
Email a proposal (a short outline will suffice) to info@transnational-dispute-management.com. The editorial team says it is happy to discuss ideas for papers. This is a rolling call with no closing date: TDM states that articles in these areas are always welcome.
