UK Conveyancing Legal Internship at Homex LPO, Kochi (Certificate Provided)

Homex LPO, the legal process outsourcing division of the UK property consultancy Homex Group, is running its UK Property Law Internship for August 2026 at its Kochi office. This is a fully funded, hands-on programme built around real UK conveyancing work, so if you are curious about property law and international legal practice, it is a rare chance to see how cross-border legal support actually operates.

The internship is offline in Kerala and starts on 10 August 2026. There is no stipend, but the training, mentorship, and certificate are all provided free of cost, and strong interns may be considered for employment with Homex LPO afterwards.

Homex Group is a UK based, fully integrated property services company that describes itself as a one-stop property service provider across the property lifecycle. Its divisions span conveyancing, estate agency, property management, design, training, and a charitable foundation, with offices in the UK and in Kerala, India.

Homex LPO is the India based outsourcing arm that provides operational and administrative support to UK solicitors and conveyancers. The group routes regulated legal work through SRA authorised firms such as Taylor Rose and 360 Law Services Limited. Homex LPO itself is a support service and is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and it does not give legal advice directly to clients. For you, that structure means real exposure to live UK conveyancing processes within a professional, supervised environment.

As an intern you join the team behind UK residential and commercial conveyancing support. The programme is designed to give you practical, real world experience rather than classroom theory alone.

You can expect to work on and learn about:

• The fundamentals of the UK legal system and property law in England and Wales
• Residential and commercial conveyancing workflows
• Title investigation and due diligence
• Leasehold and freehold property transactions
• Document drafting, title checks, and compliance
• Client communication and file management
• Legal research and documentation
• Legal technology and case management platforms used in UK practice

Throughout, you receive mentorship from experienced conveyancing professionals who work on UK matters day to day.

The programme is aimed at law students and recent graduates who want to build a career in property law. You are a good fit if you are:

• A final year law student in a 3 year or 5 year LL.B. programme, or a recent law graduate
• Genuinely interested in property law, UK conveyancing, and international legal practice
• Comfortable with legal research and drafting
• A clear communicator who is keen to learn in a professional legal setting

This is an offline, in person internship held at the Homex LPO office in Kochi, Kerala. It begins on 10 August 2026.

On the support side, the programme is offered free of cost. There is no stipend, but you receive structured, practical training, mentorship from working conveyancing professionals, and a certificate in UK Property Law and Conveyancing on successful completion. Standout interns may also be considered for employment with Homex LPO and its UK conveyancing outsourcing division.
