Visiting Faculty (Corporate Law Optional Course) at National Law University Tripura, Agartala

National Law University Tripura invites applications for the position of Visiting Faculty to teach an optional paper related to Corporate Law, primarily offered in the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme. The engagement is contractual for up to five months, commencing August 2026 (session July–December 2026).

The position is open only for on-campus, in-person teaching at the University's Agartala campus. There is no application fee.

• A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade), with a 5% relaxation at graduate and master's level for SC/ST and Differently-abled category applicants.
• Applicants holding a Ph.D. or enrolled as Ph.D. Scholars at a reputed university in India or abroad will be preferred.
• UGC/CSIR NET or an equivalent UGC-accredited test such as SLET/SET.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at a National Law University will be preferred.

• Delivering lectures and conducting classroom exercises for the assigned course.
• Providing tutorial classes and being available for student consultations.
• Drafting question papers and evaluating answer scripts.
• Conducting viva-voce or presentations for class projects, as applicable.

An honorarium of INR 1500 per lecture will be offered. No additional TA/DA will be provided.
